Rajah Ram Caterers was founded in the early 1990’s with a passion for cooking and a desire to share the unique and exotic tastes of Sri Lanka. Our mission statement is two- fold and has been recognized through positive word of mouth advertising. We provide our clients with quality food and dependable service. Our first goal is to provide quality food by consistently creating meals that are aromatic, colourful and tasty. Each meal is made from scratch, so it feels home cooked and allows you to plan your event without worrying about cooking. Our food is both a combination of traditional classical favourites and original new dishes. The variety of spices and herbs such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, red chillies, coriander, fenugreek, mustard seed, cumin, turmeric, curry leaves and mint bring to life the aromatic flavours in our main meals, curries, short eats and desserts. Most importantly, we pay particular attention to providing our clients with nutritious meals.

Through the years, Rajah Ram has been noted for its second goal which is dependability in providing meals. This has made quality catering synonymous with our name in the South East Asian community across North America. We train our staff to understand how important each event is for you and your guests. Through classical culinary expertise and current knowledge of food trends we assure each meal is personalized and unique. We can boast that our staff can attend to each and every detail from the preparation of dishes to the delivery and service of the meal. In the past 20 years, we have expertly planned many events both large and small. These include weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, arrangetrums, age attain ceremonies, corporate functions, 31st day and social gatherings. Food is picked up from our premises or alternately delivered for a fee. As an optional extra we can provide supporting services including utensils and buffet chafing dishes, to keep food warm.
